Oregon Dunes National Recreation Area

Sand Dunes rise at the southern sea shore of Oregon. These dunes are a play ground during the summer for the ATV crowd. The dunes are miles deep from the sea. There are state parks with trails for those who would like to play in the sand and of course swimming in the sea. Must ride a dune buggy up and down the giant dunes.

The Dunes are right off US 101 in southern Oregon. The city with the best dune access is Florence OR. We suggest that you sojourn there because there are many hotels and restaurants to service the traveler.
